College Also Moves Squash Courts, Val Panini Press, Dean Call’s Office, Half of Student Body to Second Floor Keefe

KEEFE CAMPUS CENTER – In what is being hailed as a “bold allocation of space” by administration officials, Amherst College’s student center will undergo a major transformation next semester. After first announcing the removal of the game room from the first floor of the Keefe Campus Center, officials have now indicated that the Davenport Squash Courts, the Valentine Dining Hall Panini Press, the Dean of the Faculty’s Office, and residential housing for the classes of 2015 and 2016 will join the game room on the campus center’s second floor. Officials remarked that The Amherst Student and college radio station WAHM, the floor’s current occupants, will need to reduce their occupancy on the level and “put up dividers or something.”
